How to book a group visit

For initial enquiries, you may ring the Group Bookings department on 01625 374416.

1. To begin the booking process, please fill out the enquiry form below or email tattongroups@cheshireeast.gov.uk directly.
2. We will send you a booking form which includes all attraction opening times, admission prices, and other useful information.
3. Once you have completed and returned the booking form, a non-refundable £30 deposit is then due to secure your booking and ensure that we will hold your details and proposed visit date in our system.
4. Group numbers and arrival times do not need to be exact at this stage.
5. Your details will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent out to you with a booking reference number.
6. Your final numbers and remaining payment are required at least two weeks prior to your visit.
7. We will review all final details and send an updated booking confirmation email, as well as information on what to expect when you arrive.

Terms & Conditions 2024

1. A group is classed as a party of 15 or more paid visitors.
2. Free Parkland entry & complementary coach driver lunch voucher can only be obtained through the groups booking process. It does not apply to independent visitors.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £30 will be required to make a booking with us. This will be deducted from the total cost of the visit.
4. Bookings made within 30 days of proposed visit date that include a private tour will be charged a non-refundable deposit of £70.
5. Upon receipt of your deposit, arrangements will be made for your group and a confirmation email will be sent to you that includes your Booking Reference.
6. Final numbers are required a minimum of two weeks prior to your visit date. Following this confirmation, full payment is then due.
7. Where operationally possible, we will look to accommodate any increase to these final numbers.
8. Final numbers must still constitute a group, as defined in point 1.
9. Guided tours are capacity limited as detailed in the table above. However, additional numbers below 15 will incur the minimum tour charge.  
10. Cancellation – all charges incurred up to and including the date of cancellation are non-refundable.
11. Tour Cancellation – any cancellation made 30 days or more in advance will not incur any further charges. Cancellation of your visit within 30 days will incur charge of full tour cost minus deposit already paid.
12. In case of factors outside of our control, Tatton Park reserve the right to alter any booking without prior notice.
